I had my car accident in August 2020 and even tthouugh third party admitted liability they had been refusing to pay up. From the minute OCL got involved the communication has been sadly poor. My first ever car accident and first time dealing with a solicitors wasn't pleasant at all. I had many case handlers but I was the one always making the calls. Endless times I was made to feel the accident was my fault even though I was the victim. Thankfully third party paid up so there was no need to attend court. After my experience i hope my path with OCL never crosss again.
