I found it to be a complicated experience but maybe thats due to the time its taken to resolve. That said, the advisors stuck to their task and got the result we would have expected due to the circumstances of the accident. So Im rating a 4 based on their responses to my grumpy communication. I will still say, its over complicated, to make money, and the Insurance companies should look at themselves before putting their policy holders through this pain.
