Service received was brilliant, very prompt collection service. The only problem we had was actually trying to get through to anyone one the phone. We were on hold for 45 mins, 57 mins and 48 mins we then gave up and went on to the chat service. Once we got to speak to someone the service was excellent and we were kept up to date at every stage of the process.

No fault accident. Now nine months in and constantly having to chase them for action. Use third party company for medical side who again need chasing. Two companies don't seem to talk to each other either!!!

The company kept me informed during the process but I feel with a non fault claim you should be made more aware that if the other company disputes the claim in any way you may have to get involved providing varying levels of information.
In my case I hade to provide my personal financial information even though I was not in the car when the accident happened.
Also prior to the case being settled I had been summoned to court which would have been at my own cost I believe to say why I couldn't provide my own hire car.
It was all sorted at he end but was a long task for something the other party fully admitted in writing that they had done.
But the service from OCL was good

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.. the only place that fell down were the use of the electronic document signing and completion of the forms.
Despite me being computer savvy I ended up having to print down the documents.. complete, sign, scan and upload to return
