My case handler and her legal assistant have been excellent from day one of my case. I receive regular updates and communication with both. I was initially worried about having legal support that was long distance however there has been no issues at all. I would highly recommend OCL to others who have been involved in serious personal injury claims.

I highly recommend OCL and in particular Charlotte Bramhald/Huddlestone . Charlotte in my opinion has gone above and beyond whilst dealing with my claim. She has been meticulous in each stage of the process, explaining in extensive detail every step of the way. There was never a time where I was left questioning what stage my claim was at, and if Charlotte wasn’t available, she would leave me clear instructions on who was dealing with my claim and when they would be in touch. Charlotte has not only given fantastic advice, she has been supportive and understanding through some very difficult times for me. Charlotte wants the very best for you and is consistent in driving forward with your claim to get the best possible outcome. The only time I have felt frustrated during this process, is the lack of a timely response from the 3rd party solicitor, which is out of Charlottes hands. This never deterred Charlotte and she would push for a response , whilst keeping me updated at all times. Charlotte shows empathy and understanding whilst providing clarity on a subject she is highly skilled in. I can’t thank Charlotte enough for her continued support, she has made a very frustrating situation feel all the more bearable. If there were 6 stars , I would have given it! Professional and polite in every sense.
