A deeply disappointing experience! This company operates in a highly unprofessional manner, dragging customers to the last moment while consistently increasing prices. To make matters worse, they enrolled me in a service I never requested and started charging me monthly for it.

Despite canceling my car insurance with them after a year, the charges for this unwanted service continued. I even submitted a deactivation request through their website, but they still charged me. In the end, I had to change my debit card just to stop the unauthorized payments.

This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against dealing with them. It feels like they prioritize exploiting customers over providing genuine service. Avoid at all costs!

Experienced the worst customer service when I wrongly decided to take a car insurance renewal offer from Yallacompare agent named Mohammad Junaid. He made me pay for a policy that has yet to be approved by Qatar Insurance. When it’s time to get my vehicle renewed, that’s when they told me that they would need to set a lower car value to have it processed! So unprofessional.

"Terrible after-sales service"

Terrible after-sales service. I bought insurance from them, trying to get the start date changed, or canceled, but they aren't assisting in anything at all. they said it's your problem and not ours, but a new one. The policy is not in effect and it's been 4 months since they are keeping it hanging there as they have their slabs for cancellation percentage and don't want to refund it.

I would give them minus 10 stars for after sales service and support and poor customer relations.

I bet the team will reply that there is no customer with your name etc etc. I have a policy receipt as well.
