I ordered a health insurance for an employee using their website. After a month 11 AED was deducted from my VISA card that I used to pay the insurance ONCE.
They used the credit card without my consent or without me ordering anything for an insurance I did not order.
Stay away from them.

They sold me an insurance (renew), I paid, and then they told me it was not possible to keep the price and asked for 100 AED more for a worse car evaluation. Eventually my money took almost 2 weeks to be refunded, and I was forced to search again for an insurance. I asked for a call back from their management, and it was completely ignored.

am surprised to discover that without my knowledge or consent, a monthly deduction of 11 dirhams has been made from my bank account for a policy called "Personal Accident Cover 24/07." I have no recollection of selecting or agreeing to such a policy while making a purchase on their website. It seems that they have found a way to automatically add this coverage to everyone who purchases insurance from their website.

What concerns me even more is that if the insurance I purchased does not already include accident coverage, what purpose does it serve? It is disconcerting to think that I may have been paying for an additional policy that offers redundant coverage.

I have always had a good experience buying from Yalla compare and hence the last 3 years I had bought my car insurance from them. Now even after leaving the UAE when I requested a No Claims certificate they were super quick to get back to me. Special thanks to Vanessa for her quick and timely action.
