Don’t avail any car insurance from these companies as they lied to you an make false promises…The company has promised me to give 15% flat discount which I have proof but when I ask for it they include there admin fees and says we cannot give discount more than this….. not loyal to there customers… I want to give 0 Zero rating but there is no options for that…. Guys please be aware…..

When u buy any insurance you buy in hurry don't read their terms & conditions but plz make sure to read it as this company isnt only giving the insurance policy for which you have requested infact without your knowledge or concern they add personal accident policy as well so plz don't get trapped & make sure to read their terms n conditions before u add tickmark in the box.

One of the worst experience, I will not buy anything from them ever. Bought travel insurance policy, processed immediately to get the money but document is not available to print. Tried calling their support but I was on hold for more than 20 mins then Finally gave up. Worst experience!

"Horrible! Useless"

Hi ask them about specific thing. They told me they would call me one day at one specific time. 4 time that didnt happened. And the 5th one when they call me they had no idea about my concern so i had to explain and they told me they will have to check again to make another day (again). So unprepared, waste of time.

I got insurance from yalla compare for my wife and son. They process is right away because they need money but after they will not bother to reply you. I already called them and ask for the updates they said it is linked with your emirates ID but when I reached at clinic it was not linked to the emirates ID.

I wanted to reach the Ms khatija but she did not answered my call and also did not reply on whatsapp. She can not reply but she can put the status on whatsapp. Now I know no reply one has emotions that some one is in hospital and waiting for response, they just enjoy putting whatsapp status. In result I spent 800 AED because I have to see the doctor without insurance.

I dont know other options in market but dont go with them they do not care.

This is the service provider that offer various insurance offer online, they use customer support that give you the link and you can ask them for a discount. however the list is also available directly by submitting online, the small issue is, when you submit online and you know your selection, they call you rightaway. Sometimes you are busy can only attend online services such as mail or social media messages is easier. overall good but there are hidden charges in the end, very small amount but they should display in front offer not at the end when you want to pay. such as VAT and Premiup services. If i see improvements we are willing to edit this again
