Microwave stopped working after 4 months, when it was bought as "new". I needed the microwave only to tide me over for less than a year, so this is infuriating that it couldn't even last me that short duration.

Maybe this is more of a YODEL issue, but returning this under the 1 year-guarantee with YODEL is a complete nightmare. No drop-off stores are accepting it as the YODEL drivers refuse to pick up big parcels (even when they comply with their maximum parcel dimensions), leaving them in the stores. This is horrible for anyone who has mobility issues, as you're going to be expected to lunge a large and heavy appliance all around to find out no drop-off points are accepting it.

Direct Vacuums have been very unhelpful in arranging an alternative and only insisting that I try dropping it off at a drop-off point (even when the weight clearly exceeds what YODEL accepts). All of this hassle is not worth purchasing from them ever again. Steer clear.
