The items were ordered very easily with plenty of information about each item . The items surpassed my expectations and I'm very pleased with them .

Good price for a refurbished Vax hard floor cleaner to replace an existing one which had given up the ghost (after several years to be fair) . Was worried about possible condition (rated as class C on the packaging) but was very pleasantly surprised (the price was so completive I was worried about being scammed). Apart from the battery (which was a slightly older version of the one I have currently) condition was "like new" and works perfectly. Just to be clear, never used the company before and very seldom write reviews but will definitely look again next time I need any white goods.
