I'm moving house and ordered an air fryer and seconds after placing the order realised I had input the wrong delivery address. I emailed them immediately (still during business hours) and received no response. The following day I received a dispatch email, okay fine since it was my mistake with the wrong address at least I can use the tracking info to go retrieve my parcel from the new place, but the dispatch email doesn't actually have a tracking number!! It just says Yodel is delivering my parcel but there is no tracking number, link, or other information to track the package. Emailed them again to enquire and again zero response, not even an automated message to say the query has been received. Since they don't have a phone number and apparently nobody is answering their emails, there is zero customer support and I have no idea if my package is actually in transit or not. I'll have to file a chargeback with my credit card to get my money back. AVOID!

What a useless company, couldn’t manage to send the item id paid for and then haven’t managed to refund my money yet, saying a refund has to be booked, absolute rubbish - buyers beware - they take your money and don’t supply the goods- they stated they do t know where the item is…a microwave?? How can you lose a microwave- sheer stupidity
