First steam iron arrived defective but within 48hrs direct vacuums had sent a replacement - excellent customer service. Will be buying from them again.

I was looking for a powerful vacuum cleaner. I searched on internet and found Vax Air Lift 2 as the best match for my requirement. I searched for prices over internet and found that Direct Vacuums was selling this vacuum around £45-50 less than the market prices and 70% discount on RRP. I ordered the vacuum which arrived within 3-4 working days. I opened and used it however there was a fault with floorhead. I have reported to their customer support. They were very quick in their response and offered a replacement without any charges. Replacement also arrived within 3-4 days. I have used the replacement item (brand new) and it is working perfectly ok. I am amazed with their prices and customer service.
