Supplied product that met my expectation in the time frame they mentioned.

"Damaged Bread Maker "

On the 14th of April, I purchased a bread maker from Direct Vacuums. Upon arrival, on the 15th April, I observed that the bread maker had a substantial dent in the corner of its outer casing. The product was shipped in only the makers display box, which appeared to have been dropped.

On the 16th of April, I attempted to contact Direct Vacuums by phone to request a return code (RMA) and a full refund as indicated on the label attached to the box. Contrary to the label's statement that “The fastest way to get in touch with us is on the phone,” it has proven impossible to reach Direct Vacuums through this method, and my voicemail messages have gone unreturned.

I have emailed the support team to request an RMA code as directed by the website also pointing out my rights as a consumer but despite six email exchanges, I am no closer to obtaining an RMA code or securing a full refund. Furthermore, I am uncertain why my correspondence remains with the support team rather than being redirected to the refunds team, which Direct Vacuums state they have in their emails.
I would give them zero stars if I could.

Just received my vax and the pipe isn't the same vacuum cleaner ... it won't stay in the vacuum at all ... completely different colour.. cleaner body is pink and handle orange ... very disputed .. hoping company will refund without cost too me returning it
