"Very poor customer care if something goes wrong, be warned!"
To date I've returned two pairs of shoes to VionicShoes UK. One pair was an incorrect size and the other was faulty, it fell apart on the second wear. Both items were couriered back by Hermes and on both occasions I had to chase Vionic customer service for my refund. I did eventually receive the refunds but not before I had waited the advised 15 days and then emailed customer services to ask them to look into why I'd not yet been refunded. Totally unacceptable behaviour and I have learned the hard way never to go near this company again. I'd also like to add that given the cost, the quality of Vionic shoes is very poor.

I ordered one pair that were delivered quickly but were a touch too small. Ordered a larger size late afternoon. Delivered @ 10.25 the next morning. Super quick delivery. Great quality and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

"Not great quality slippers & poor customer service attitude"
I purchased a pair of Vionic Relax navy slippers in April 2019 and they have worn into holes where the big toes go.
I wrote to Vionic today and also sent photos 21st June 2019 and the company response is 'it's wear and tear' and there's nothing they can or are willing to do about it.
At £50 a pair hardly great quality or great customer service.
Very disappointed and will certainly not be spending that sort of money again on a pair of slippers.
Strange why the navy one's are no longer on their website when the black & cream are.

I wish I could leave zero stars.
I ordered sandals which arrived with a cut in the leather on the front. I promptly phoned to say I would need to return due to fault and was told to return via Hermes, printing off label.
Imagine my utter shock when they refused to return my postage saying I hadn't agreed that beforehand and I hadn't followed their "company procedure" erm I did exactly what I was told by the rather ignorant female who had answered my call.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I am a very experienced online shopper but have never seen customer service like it! Refusing to return postage costs for a faulty item? I'm sure there's a rule about that.
Amateur company with apalling customer service and rude staff.

I have bought several pairs of Vionic shoes and sandals and, on one pair of sandals, the Velcro fastening has come away from the leather strap and so made them useless. This is poor after two seasons' wear but, according to Vionic, it is 'wear and tear' and so they will not replace them. I have other (less expensive) sandals (e.g. from good old M&S) that I have been wearing for years without problems. Shan't be keen to buy Vionic again.

"Waste of money and no customer service!"
Just as the other reviews, my shoe's rubber began peeling from the soles just 4 months after wearing them. Also noteworthy, with my original order, I ordered BLACK shoes and received GRAY shoes. After speaking with Keith McNamera (who's now no longer with the company), I was promised a replacement set or a partial refund. He never followed up for months. Now, trying to get hold of ANYONE at Vionics is a joke. I'll just process a chargeback on my credit card at this point. Terrible!!

"Appalling quality!"
I’ve purchased many pairs of Vionic shoes over the years and they don’t last more than a few months. I did some research and found they’re produced in some cheap factory in China but selling them for hundreds ripping off the elderly! The lady I spoke to explained that it’s all about the science in the shoes and explained the benefits of the shoes to me however they really need to work on the quality. From now I’ll just stick to purchasing some basic orthotics and putting them into shoes that last a lot longer without such a hefty price tag! 6 month guarantee for a pair of shoes that cost £120 just isn’t good enough.

Have several of there shoes, they are so comfortable and help with my back and knees. Had a problem with one of them, velcro came loose. Emailed the company, admittedly I did have to chase it up but when I did get a reply I was offered a full refund plus postage, no quibble so I would happily recommend and deal with them again.

"Good product but appalling customer service"
I have many pairs of Vionic shoes and they really do help with plantar fasciitis. I have usually bought elsewhere than from their own website. I have recommended several people to this company which I now regret as their customer service is truly appalling.
I was concerned that 2 pairs of shoes I had returned had not been refunded after over 3 weeks. I tried to call but always got a message saying 'please enter a mailbox number' and there was no chance to leave a message or speak to a human being. I sent an email expressing extreme concern as to whether the business was going bust - no reply. After a few days I was also able to leave a phone message - again no reply. I emailed again attaching the proof of posting for both items. I was about to claim via the Post Office. Two days later I got an email saying they were refunding one pair!! This was for the most recently returned pair of shoes and no mention of the earlier pair of shoes. I called and actually got through to a human being. This person explained that they had staff shortages the week before with 2 people off ill. A well run business should be able to cope with this. She located my emails and sent me a further note confirming a refund for the earlier purchased pair of shoes. I also pointed out that I had only needed to buy 3 sizes of the one style shoes because they had been mis-sized and were far smaller than the size indicated. They do not allow feedback on their website so no other customers were able to warn me of this. Remember I have several pairs of Vionic shoes so I know the normal sizing. Because I had really wanted the shoes for a holiday, I had ended up paying £18 in postage but still didn't get the correct size on time for my holiday. All this was in the emails I sent and I repeated it to the person on the phone. She refunded me only £5 of my postage costs.
There are other shoes on the website that I would like to buy but I do not want to ever deal with this company again.

AMAZING...has anyone else seen the video of ' Vionic with Orthaheel Technology Natural Relief ' on youtube? it shows how our knees and ankles are pointing in the wrong direction from continuous walking on concrete surfaces.they also sell on q.v.c. and i am saving/waiting for a sale.
