"Responsive, clear and proactive"

We went with Winchester White due to a personal recommendation from a friend and have not been disappointed. Communication is key and Az was incredibly responsive, clear and proactive throughout the process and found us the perfect tenants.

"Highly recommended"

I put two of my properties with WW South Kensington branch. One in long let and one in short let. In both instances, service is perfect. From the initial meeting, to finding good tenants and maintenance.

WW allowed me to be hands-off in a way I would not have expected. The team I interacted with, Ieva, Alessandro and Craig, are always responsive, proactive and efficient at adressing any issue or conern.

"Extremely Disappointing Service – Still Waiting for My Deposit Refund!"

I rented a property through Winchester White and recently moved out, with my landlord agreeing to a full return of my deposit. After completing all the necessary paperwork, I was told the refund would be processed within 10 days. When it finally arrived (late), the amount was wrong, and I am still waiting for the rest. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past few weeks, there has been no progress.

I’ve now had to chase them yet again – it’s as though they’re making me beg for my own money! Adding their accounting team to the email thread has made no difference. This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I’m left with no option but to escalate.

I would advise anyone considering Winchester White to think twice if you expect even a basic level of service and accountability.

I was working with Filipa in Winchester White to find a rental property. She had been on the ball from the time she took me on as a client, understanding all my requirements, scouting all the areas, identifying the right ones and she knew all about the properties which while you may expect it to be a given .... i have to say is so rare these days. I can whole heartedly recommend Filipa from this firm .... you cant go wrong with her.

"It took 3 months to return deposit without any cause"

Update: To address WW's reply. I have opened a dispute after 2-MONTHS. I don't think it's fair that a damage that is quoted 45 pound should take more than 2 month to quote. Besides this, you could've let me know that you're waiting a quote on this one. Instead you told me about this deduction after 3-MONTHS, a month after opening the dispute! You should've return my deposit or give a reason why you're holding it in 10-days. If you did I wouldn't open up dispute. Please just admit the wrongdoing on your part instead of trying to put the blame on me for opening a dispute 2-MONTHS afterwards. What I was supposed to do? Wait another 2 MONTHS?

After the end of my tenancy, I've asked to get my deposit back. The agency said the process started but for 2 months, they didn't release my deposit and didn't give any reason.
I've opened a dispute with mydeposits, then they said I've immediately opened dispute without contacting them, and the reason they hold the deposit is 45 pounds of damages, which they never told me anything about and they couldn't come up with evidence that they sent any notice.
I've got my deposit, with deduction after 3 months after opening dispute and filing claim in county court!
Landlords have to return deposit or let tenants know the reason in 10-days. They ignore the law, they don't care about tenants.
I recommend filing claim right after 10-day period to make the progress faster.
