Buenos días, compré una licencia de windows 10 hace 2 semanas y todavía no me han enviado una clave que funcione , me enviaron unas keys y no funcionan , he enviado email y no contestan .

Bought win 11 pro and office pro plus 2021 and for the win key everything went fine. For office there was needed a little e-mail ping pong with the customer support, but they were very fast to reply and helpful. For 6 euro for both keys it was not an issue to have some conversations with Timothy :)

I bought Office Professional 21. At first, it didn't work (activation key issue), but the customer service was able to help me activating the product. They were kind, available, quick to respond, and very professional.
