Me enviaron una clave, no funciona, y tampoco funciona el correo para poder reclamar.
No se me envio ningun correo por lo que no tengo ningun numero de orden.
Es un office 2021 comprado el 9 de septiembre, tengo una captura de pantalla del codigo de activacion que me salio tras la compra, y unas direcciones para descargar y explicar como hacerlo,
Pero no funciona.
El correo de soporte de vuestra web tampoco funciona

Pillé 2 claves, 1 de office que me llegó al momento, no sé muy bien que compré pues el programa te lo manda descargar de una dirección un poco sospechosa, nose si era un programa ya crackeado. La segunda key nunca me llegó para el windows 10 pro.

I had several purchases from them without any problems. About a month ago bought Office 2021 key (order 32819), but couldn't activate it, cause phone activation is no longer supported. Wrote an email - no response and bought from other site. A couple of hours ago bought Windows 10 Pro key (order 43895), but didn't even got the key. Wrote to them - again no response. I know you can't work for just one customer, but when I buy something now, that means I need it now, not tomorrow, not next week, not next month! I want a refund, doubt I will get anything! I will get sure I won't buy anything from them again! DO NOT buy from this site!

It's now Monday evening and I still have not received any response.
