I am surprised that there is a GBP50K cap on the value of the rental car. There should be the option for this to be increased and for customers to pay a higher premium if they so choose. Very few customers will have the time and energy to bother to ask the rental company when collecting the car what the value of the car is. This is an added complication that customers should not have to worry about.

This is my third year of taking out a yearly travel insurance policy with Worldwide. The last 2 years were a pleasure. This year was far harder work. It kept going round in circles online and in the end I had to ring them. There was a change in insurers this year which I’m not entirely sure is a good thing for me. Let’s hope I have no claims!
