I've seen here few people complain about how awful 50ml customer service is. I had an issue with my first order, hope that will never happen again as I'm planning on ordering from them again and again. I've contacted them and it’s one of the best customer services ive ever had, very polite, ofc they asked few questions, some might find that there were too many, but they needed to determine it's their fault and offered immediately a full refund on the missing item(they sent a different one). Genuinely a great experience.
