Very happy with the customer service. I ordered fragrance samples, but the package that was delivered by UPS arrived broken. I contacted 50ml and new samples vere sent free of charge. Process was quick and easy.
The second delivery arrived very quickly and without any delays. Will be buying one of the fragrances from the sample received.

I loved the whole experience. I decided to buy some samples to try out some fragrances. I enjoyed the experience so much that I repeated it a few days later. The customer service is exceptional and both orders came with samples of perfumes I'd long wanted to try and others I didn't know about, which were a pleasant surprise.

"Terrible Customer Service and Unresolved Delivery Issues"

I had a very disappointing experience with 50-ml and their customer support team. I placed an order for a perfume on 22.01.2025, selecting FedEx Express (2-4 days) as my delivery option, for which I paid an additional fee.

My package was initially scheduled for delivery on Friday, but I received an email from FedEx stating that delivery was not possible and that they would attempt again on Monday, 27.01.2025. However, on Monday, I received yet another notification that delivery was postponed to Tuesday, followed by another stating Wednesday, and finally, another stating that my package would arrive on Thursday, 30.01.2025. This continuous rescheduling seemed highly suspicious, so I decided to contact 50-ml customer support for clarification.

At first, their team appeared somewhat helpful, but it quickly became evident that they were merely stringing me along. They informed me that they had contacted FedEx and that FedEx claimed to have attempted delivery multiple times but found me unavailable. This is a blatant falsehood—the tracking information clearly shows that no delivery attempts were ever made.

I pointed this out to the 50-ml support team while also reaching out to FedEx support on X for further clarification. Instead of addressing the issue properly, 50-ml then suggested that I provide an alternative delivery address, which is completely unprofessional since I have only one address in Berlin. They also proposed that I accept delivery at a FedEx pickup point—40 minutes away by public transportation. This is absolutely unreasonable.

By this point, I had lost all trust in their service and requested a full refund, including the delivery fee, given the unacceptable handling of my order. Instead of assisting me further, their customer support became rude, outright refusing my request and telling me that from this point forward, I should handle the issue directly with FedEx myself.

This entire experience has left a bitter taste, and I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from 50-ml. If they attempt to appeal this review, I want to make it very clear that I have all the necessary documents and proof to support every single statement I have made here.
