"Open Infra: Fibre to the Home Installation"

What a great day!!
I live in Mill Hill, and have just had the team from Open Infra attend the house to change a box installation, run the fibre cable, splice it all together, and commission the system, all on the same day. Honestly, I felt like royalty with the number of people that came to do their bit and ensure that it all went smoothly. Each one of them was friendly, efficient, skilled and knowledgable, but a special shout out to Zak who went above and beyond the call of duty, and was at all times in our dealings, friendly, knowledgable, and so keen to help that it puts other telecoms providers to shame. I should also mention Emma back at base, who at all time was friendly, helpful, and got things done....despite my numerous calls with questions over details and timings.
Well Done guys - just make sure the prices stay stable as well!!

I live in NW7 and recently had Fiber Optic installed in my area/house. The process was not easy or straight forward for the past 18 plus months, until we got to the installation stage and Zac arrived on site. He was super and explained everything to us brilliantly well.

I live in London NW7. BT felt that it did not want to update the copper wires any time soon so I was struggling by on Standard 45Mb Infinity. Fortunately Open Infra came to town and now I have 500Mb download and upload. Totally reliable service. Just one brief outage in the past two months when there was a power cut in the area - remedied within 5 minutes. Great service!
