"Open Infra provides an excellent service"

Compared to the experience I've had with previous major Internet Providers, Open Infra is a far superior service. I had an internet problem on Christmas day and someone responded to me on the same day, which would not happen with another provider. An engineer came around and very efficiently resolved the problem. Their service is personable compared to other larger ISPs in this country and so far my customer experience has been nothing short of outstanding.
