I bought the Pet Qwerks Talking Babble Ball from DS Pet Store for £5.99 plus £3.99 shipping fee. The ball was defect and didn't work. DS Pet Store asked me to send it back which was another £3.95 for a small packet. They refunded only £5.99. I lost £7.94 for shipping fee for this defective ball. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid DS Pet Store.
