"Very poor service"

Very poor service. I ordered 2 dog coats, one medium and one large. When I ordered I was told the next day that the large was out of stock and I confirmed I was happy to wait for it. About 2 weeks later the large turned up but no sign of the medium one. I chased it up and many emails went back and forth and it turned out that the medium was out of stock as well but no one told me. The medium one turned up after a month. Don’t use if you want good customer service and items delivered quickly.

"Late delivery, redelivery then no delivery."

Order was late and after asking for a tracking number was told that a 30kg box had been ‘lost in the post’. A new batch of dog food was then dispatched. After waiting and checking again, an email was received stating that the order was being cancelled due to Covid and leaving the EU?? Eight days later, we now have no dog food! Really poor service.
