From instruction to completion in just over 6 weeks which massively helped to reduce the stress of the house buying process. Michelle, Franki and Megan and the rest of the team were excellent. Would definitely use again for future house moves.

Prior to Fidler and Pepper taking over the conveyancing, it was a frustrating tech-laden maze of progress engines and confusing updates/requests/instructions which I must admit made me lose the will to live at times.... When the case was handed over to Fidler & Pepper, did think it was a case of here we go again.... Another round the houses form filling life drain... But no. I was able to message the case handler Chloe Foley and her colleague Leah Bull, who cut right through the fog of algorithm generated stuff, got on the case and made it work. They emailed with the appropriate updates when necessary, but didn't overload my inbox with pointless minutiae. Very professional and efficient.
