They have the best selection and provide a great way to narrow down the options by color, style, etc. And, once that's done and my choices are fairly well narrowed, but I still have questions,they have great representatives who will live chat promptly and thoroughly. I have purchased from RugStudio several times and I know they will continue to be in my future!

Did not have a good experience ordering a rug from Rugstudio. Tried to use a coupon that stated "sitewide", but then was told there were exceptions! To me "sitewide" means everything, no exceptions.!
