I was so disappointed with the quality of my rug. Too much hassle to send back so I am keeping it. Quality was poor, colors were faded, wool was rough and scratchy. A total disappointment all the way around.

I recently ordered a rug from Rug Studio. I had a problem, and was a bit irritated, but their customer service associate, Anne, took care of me in the most thoughtful and compassionate way. She made me feel more comfortable working with the Rug Studio, and I will say I did not have to wait forever on hold to speak with a representative. The Rug Studio has a great selection and are well priced. I am a design professional, so I know value and selection well.

"During this recent pandemic"
During this recent pandemic, I decided to buy a rug from Rug Studio. They were fully staffed to swiftly take my order, to take my money, and to deliver my rug within days. However, they delivered a poor quality and sub-standard that was returned within two days. Problem is that it is 3 weeks and my money is still with them... they say it is "due to Covid". How ironic that Covid only impacted Rug Studio's ability to return my money! Stay away from Rug Studio!

This review is actually for the excellent customer service I received from Anne. Although my rug was as lovely, we decided it wasn’t quite right for the space and decided to return it. Anne was helpful, friendly and quick to respond in sending me a Fed-Ex discount label and answering all my questions. I was concerned that I wasn’t going to be able to get the rug back within the 30 day period but Anne has assured me that the company will work with me, especially since we are all dealing in uncharted (Covid) times.
Because of Anne, i would purchase from The RugStudio again.

"Very disappointed in company!"
Very disappointed in company! My rug was 2 inches shorter (wide) and 2 inches shorter in length. It did not cover my old rugs floor discoloration. Company made me ship it back. Saying thats NORMAL for rugs not to be the same size as advertised! Then why say its 8'4"???? Just say 8 foot! Anyway, its going to cost me $200 to send it back! Even though its NOT what I ordered! (And Its not on my order form that the rug might not be the same size as I ordered!)
Trying to work with them I said I would order a new rug from them...they didnt care.
With so so many companies out there selling rugs...dont use this one!!!!!
Buyer beware! Because you might not get what you order and it will be your problem!
Funny thing is...I'm still hoping they will rectify the situation. Keep you posted.

The rug arrived damaged. Things happen, I’m ok with that. The replacement could not be shipped for 6 months. I am ok with that too. I decided to cancel, which they agree to, and it’s been over a month and they still haven’t refunded my money. Not cool. Stay away from these guys.

Rug starting falling apart the minute we opened the "plastic bag"- didn't even package correctly to ship- was told that this was "normal" I've purchased many rugs in my life including one recently.. NO RUG falls apart like this- I also asked an opinion from a reputable Rug store.- NOT NORMAL- Very Poor Quality
I would not buy anything else from this company- Had to dispute charge on my credit card for the rug and it cost me additional money to ship the rug back!!!!Surya Round Rug -

Got Reply back from Rug Studio- It's my fault for their rug quality and I should buy another type- Have same TYPE of rug I just purchased and it DOES NOT COME APART-

"I recently purchased a rug and had a very sketchy experience"
I recently purchased a rug from this website after chatting yesterday online and getting an extra promo code. I got paid today and pulled the trigger on ordering it. After I received a confirmation email and the total amount was deducted from my account I received several other emails stating the price was advertised wrong on the website and somehow that's my fault and that I owe more money in order to get the rug I ordered. I've spoken to several people in customer service and they told me they didn't know their bosses name?! Or who someone above them was in order for me to go up the chain in command. This is kind of scary and makes me think this website is a scam. I'm considering contacting better business bureau to file a complaint on this situation. I did contact my bank and they assured me they would block any further transactions from this company. I did formally request them to cancel my order and get a refund and have yet to see it returned to my account. The website did say it could take 2-3 days for a refund. I will continue to watch this situation.
