I was totally clueless on which rub I had previously ordered... after the first customer service rep came on then left, I was glad Betsy came in and took over. She was patient with me and found the previous order. Then she had another staff person call me. She (sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful, too. Great job ladies.

Do not purchase anything from this company. First I received the wrong rug. Trying to coordinate what went wrong and receive the new one was terrible - should not have been my problem to deal with and the company should have handled it. Then when I did receive the correct item, it looked completely different than it did online and I decided to return it, which was even worse than the first debacle. Be aware: THEY DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. You are required to use a freight shipping company. They sent me links to four options and told me to get quotes from all of them. The cheapest one I could find cost me $350 to return the rug. I also had to purchase packing materials for this rug, which was 10x14 and cost almost $50. “No hassle refunds,” as advertised on their site, is complete and utter BS. 0 stars across the board.

I am super impressed with the service! I received my rug so fast- 2 days! I made the purchase online but called to ask a question. An actual human being answered the phone- a courteous, knowledgeable human being! I paid a little more for the rug than it sold for on some other websites but I guess they have to pay the human and that is well worth the extra cost. I would definitely recommend Rug Studio and will order again.
