I booked the 2023 128 day world cruise with Holland America and I made the wise decision to purchase the Platinum Plan. Seven weeks into the cruise I developed pain in both of my legs and made It difficult for me to move around. Even codeine could not stop the pain. I have to interrupt my cruise and returned to Canada. I filed a claim with AON with all the documentation and it was settled in two month's time. I am very happy because the settlement was very reasonable.
