"Once bitten...?"

I was initially very wary having just lost all my deposit to a rival company that had gone bust, but my fears were groundless. Weather delayed the start, but eventually I got a date and waited for the promised 2 man team to turn up.
The 2 man team turned out to be one man as someone had phoned in sick, so again I was concerned, but Aidan worked his socks off and completed the job well within the promised time. He did an excellent job of clearing all the resulting debris from around the house and the before and after pics show me that the work was worth doing.
I recommend this firm.

"Artisan provide a quality product and don’t cut corners."

I live in a very attractive cream rendered bungalow, but the roof was quite discoloured.
I was a bit wary when Ollie knocked on my door extolling the virtues of Artisan.
However, I was willing to get a quote and then wait to read more reviews of this newly founded company. The surveyor came round and it was not difficult to see that he was very genuine and straightforward. Anyway, I said that I’d wait and see if any other local properties had been treated by Artisan. My first impression when I saw a nearby house was that this property had simply had a new roof installed and it was only when I saw Artisan’s sign that I realised that their workmanship was as good as they claimed.
So I agreed to have the work done and to explain the complexity of the job, my bungalow has 14 roofs and over 20 ridges! That was quite a challenge and it probably took longer than expected. I was careful to check that the ridges were properly regrouted where necessary and that both the gutters and fascias were cleaned. I also enjoyed watching the rain beading off the tiles.
There was no mess left and now I have roofs that enhance the bungalow.
Friendly contractors and one of the directors popped around on a few occasions to check on the progress, which I felt was a nice touch.
Artisan are not cheap, but if you want quality workmanship, then it’s worth paying for.

Very good communication, workmanship & quality of my flat roof covering was excellent. Contractors managed to work round the terrible weather we had at the time. All in all a very satisfyed customer.

Refurbished roof tiles. Very pleased with all work done.
Now have a brand new looking roofs, in place of a heavily mossed back roof in particular The guys were very competent with the work they were doing and considerate of my garden and neighbour's properties. Cleared up everything at the end of each day. Turned up on time when scheduled to.

"Roof renovation and Coating"

We had been meaning to get our roof cleaned for some time as moss was a problem, regularly blocking gutters. Artisan Coatings and Exteriors offered a solution to the problem and gave us a date for the work which they kept to. They were here over a week as the weather was not kind. Everyday they cleaned up before they left and the team of on-site workers were very professional. We were kept informed as each stage progressed both by office staff and people on site. We would highly recommend this company.

The whole team have been polite and helpful right from the initial leaflet drop. Despite the job not being as straightforward as we would have liked we were guided through the process and given a number of options to consider. The work was carried out as promptly as the weather would allow but the team worked through some wet and cold days! We are both pleased with the results and have already spoken to others nearby giving a positive review. We would recommend paperwork is sent out promptly when changes are needed for customer reassurance. Thank you to everyone involved for a great job well done.
