Bothered for years by blocked gutters I was ready to try the salesman 's answer.
Though held up by the weather the final result is looking promising in both appearance and solving the gutter problem
The work was carried out efficiently and hopefully the included guarantees will never be invoked.

I appreciated everything about Artisan's renovation and protection of my roof. From the time when the possibilities were explained to me through to the time when the work was finished, I was kept fully informed about the progress with the work. The work itself (pressure-washing the roof, to clear off the moss and general gunk; replacement of cracked tiles; repair of cement in ridge-tiles and gullies; and coating/waterproofing the whole roof) was done over two days, with all the mess cleared up at the end of each day. The workers were cheerful, polite, professional and hard-working, and it was no trouble at all having them around - they did a fine job. They were also very good with my neighbours, not least in providing protection for the properties on both sides of my house during the work, and in cleaning up any stray mess as they went along. The discounted price was very welcome and very reasonable (especially for such a good finished product); and finally, my contacts with other Artisan staff were extremely pleasant. I don't often say this, but I am 100% satisfied with the work, and very glad I've had it done by Artisan...

Heavy Moss infestation and blocked gutters on our semi needed sorting out and Artisan made a brilliant job of completing the work. On site Mark worked professionally at all times, keeping us informed of progress, clearing up as he went and respecting our neighbours on either side. The one problem we had with the scaffolding was resolved with the intervention of Rob in the office who ensured that not only was all sorted before Christmas but that any extra costs were born by Artisan. The final result looks great and we are 100% happy with the completed job. Thank you to all at Artisan for going the extra mile to deliver a professional job.
