They keep raising my monthly payments, even after reviewing my income and seeing I can't afford it. Also the client dashboard isn't very user friendly. The settlements they have negotiated haven't really been much less than my original debt.

The first person I called was very friendly and made me feel I can always call him. Then when I got passed to Clarity - he doesn’t have answers for me - and keep
Pointing me to other people. And when I call I keep getting different information- Ive been with them for over 8 months only one account was settled and they paid themselves in full first instead of paying my creditor. Since the beginning I got lied at with what they do- so now I’m suffering with bad credit when I enrolled I had an excellent credit but was promised a lie. And the supervisors are rude especially Stacey. Calls are recorded so you can check our conversation. I haven’t approve any change and I just saw my account and they made changes without my consent. So frustrating.
