I recently had the pleasure of working with Amber at Magnitude Finance, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, Amber provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly efficient, handling my finance application quickly and smoothly. What impressed me the most was her speed in processing everything, including the payment to the dealership, which was done without delay.

I had been approved by another finance broker but when the agreement came back the interest rate was too high (12.9%)and I could not believe the level of commission being charged! £4360! Gave Magnitude a call and they ran the numbers again and got me approved at 8.9%. Best of all was commission at only £1103!! I know I don’t pay the commission but it surely must reflect in the interest rate being charged. Magnitude saved me £52 a month in payments and over the term of the agreement that is best part of £2500! Great work. I have already recommended my family and friends.

Fantastic company. Got me the best deal available and beat the dealer. Great communication, fully explained everything and my understanding. Chloe was my account manager but I also dealt with the team via text and they replied quickly with my queries and were helpful.
The car I wanted was in England and I am in Scotland. Chloe pushed it all through to make sure dealer would receive payment the next day so I could have car collected. Highly recommend and will recommend to friends and family.

The quoted 8.9% apr is fully explained in the first conversation. The commission rates are clear and straightforward.

As for the customer service and personality - SECOND TO NONE. Working with Tom O. from start to finish was a dream and genuinely enjoyed our phone calls. I had a great interaction with anyone I spoke to when being connected to Tom's line and you could feel the genuine want to support in any way possible.

The process of financing the vehicle was easy from enquiry to acceptance to handover. There was no other motive to buy other products it was simple.
