"Absolutely brilliant"

Absolutely brilliant! Bought a new car with a dealer who basically stated no finance with them, no car. Really wanted the car in a particular colour so bought the car using the dealer's finance. I called Magnitude, who had already arranged finance before the dealer, to ask whether they could get me out of the dealer's finance and they wasted no time in doing so. Despite my initial contact being on holiday for 2 weeks they still managed to get this through within the 14 day cancellation period of the dealer's finance. Got me a cheaper deal with more yearly mileage. What a result. Spoke to quite a few members of staff who were all polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Ecstatic!

A shambles from start to finish, what should have taken a couple of days took over 2 weeks, far to many individuals dealing with the application and we were .asked over and over again for the same details. I would not recommend magnitude finance or Mann island to anybody

The staff were friendly but we had to speak to too many different people to get our finance deal sorted. They sent emails to my partner and not me even though it was my claim. We had to sign the same documents multiple times due to being sent them by multiple people. What should have took a few days took over 2 weeks. Finally got it sorted but to be honest it was a shambles and wish we had gone direct to the dealer instead.

Where do I begin, from the first point of contact to the last the service from this company is spot on. Usually with finance companies you don’t really get a personal service it’s just a case of a quote and done. Magnitude have it spot on, easy quotes, great communication along the way and a streamline process of getting it all sorted.
