I can’t workout without my RunGum! I also like to pop in a packet to chew on my way to work when I don’t have a morning workout.

The gum lives up to the advertising. The flavors are are good but I have not tried the bubble gum flavor. Two pieces give me a nice kick to start off a run or a session at the gym. My only complaint is that the gum does not play nice with some of my dental work. I can chew around that but that can prove to be distracting.

I love it.. the after taste is different kind of sour and bitter, being trying this for one week. chew it anytime, and I can't wait to try it on my 50k trail run next weekend..
