I'm so happy I found Run Gum! I no longer have to worry about drinking a pre-workout drink or anything like that before a workout or run. And I'm not a coffee drinker (just tea), so being able to get that extra energy boost when I need it with just a piece of gum is perfect. I always chew a piece before and during a long run. And I use it as a pick-me-up on those work days when I'm super tired or didn't get enough sleep.

Ive used it twice now on my run and I do believe it works. I was able to run 5 miles and keep up with my group. I got the cinnamon flavor. whicu tastes pretty good. I started out with one tablet and added a second one halfway through my run.
