I’ve tried bubble gum, cinnamon, spearmint, and mint flavors; they’re all great! Not a caffeine drinker and loving the boost on training days. Digging the headband, too! The gum and the headband combo makes me feel like a pro...beast mode!

2/3 of the time I love this product, and it has truly helped me achieve some PRs, but 1/3 of the time the gum just disintegrates in my mouth (sometimes within 1 mile and I am not even sure if I get the full caffeine amount when it dissolves so quickly and I have to spit). I definitely cannot try and chew it after eating or drinking most anything but water. Perhaps it has something to do with the amount of salt present or PH or something, but I really wish it held together better.

Rungum works well for those who have experimented with other supplements and have come back to the product. For those who enjoy a less-sugary taste, and appreciate a titrated caffeine/taurine energy boost, Rungum makes for an easy supplement that's less expensive than a cup of coffee or energy drink (that also doesn't alter one's fluid imbalance as much).

For bulk purchases, I think the price is roughly 10-20% too high. Lower prices, or offer better deals for active users, that would incentivize more long-term purchases.

"Tastes so bad after 45 seconds"

I love the energy, but once the mint taste is gone the gum gets really gross. Therefore, I can’t chew it very long.☹️

"Works as a combination sweat band and cap"

I bought the orange/red head scarf/dew rag. I wanted something that would absorb sweat on my forehead while also protecting the top of my head from the sun. This works fairly well. Could be a bit deeper. (I have a big head!) It works much better than my previous combination of a cap (does not by itself help with forehead sweat) and a scarf tied around the head (does not by itself cover the top of my head.) I'm going to buy one or two more. Love the vibrant colors!

I now chew RunGum before every run. I don’t feel the difference but it shows up in my run stats. I seem to be faster with effort than when ai don’t chew RunGum.
