Great company, have dealt with them before, yet again I received great customer experience, nothing was to much trouble for Gareth, my purchase has arrived and I am very pleased and comfortable with it. The delivery men were very efficient and helpful.

Large airy showroom with plenty of choice of sofas and chairs. The salesman, Barrie, was extremely friendly and helpful without being in any way pushy a rare breed in this day and age. His knowledge of the products was second to none. Really helpful to be able to try the furniture to help make the best choice rather than order over the internet.

Nice selection of furniture. Many of it is British made. Looked around and found it be competitively priced. Have bought two sofas there in last couple of years, communication post order was very good and the delivery team were excellent, very careful. Furniture arrived more quickly than initial advised when we ordered, which was a bonus.

When it arrives this will be my third consecutive sofa from Annetts- only because of a change in decorations.
They have all been super quality and real workhorse's with my dogs and grandchildren. I am very happy to recommend Annetts - Finger crossed my delivery goes smoothly at the end of August. I'm not really worried -more about getting the one to the charity shop!

This is an absolutely fantastic company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I ordered 3 items of furniture on separate occasions in the last couple of months over the phone and via email. The sales team kept me informed throughout the whole process and I was contacted by phone when my furniture was in to organise a delivery. Everyone I dealt with were exceptional including the delivery team who phoned me to let me know when they would arrive. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

"Sofa order - fantastic service and product"

We drove around an hour to visit the store having liked the look of the sofas online and not found anything suitable locally. Fantastic selection to choose from, staff were really helpful, also let us take the sofa fabric samples home for a few days. Placed an order, all very easy, kept well informed, sofas arrived in store early and the store were happy to hold them for us until we’d finished decorating. Delivery really easy and we love the new sofas, quality/value is so much better than the big chains, would definitely recommend!
