when visiting Annetts furniture in Hereford myself and my daughter we were struck by the quality of furniture and after trying various sofa/chairs without really knowing what suited my needs were approached by Barrie who pointed us in the right direction and after trying we did purchase the item, Barrie the salesman was very patient and overall we found the whole experiance calm and stress free we would highly recommend Annetts to anyone.

We purchased some beautiful dining room furniture from Annetts, it has come from Italy and it is really good quality and style. The service overall has been fantastic. Annetts stored the furniture for several months for us as we weren’t ready for it with our house renovation.
The delivery was perfect, they were very knowledgeable, they took away all the packaging and put everything in place for us. We are so pleased with it and would definitely go there again for more furniture.

We have just taken delivery of a new sofa and armchair from Annettes in Hereford and we are absolutely delighted.
From our first contact with Damian to delivery by Annetts' delivery team the service was impeccable. Damian was very supportive and encouraged us to take our time making this important choice from their wide range of furniture on display. The skilful delivery team took great trouble in helping us place the furniture and were very efficient.
We were kept informed at every stage of the process.

From start to finish in June when we entered the store we were greeted by gareth.5 star customer service with regular updates while our suite was on order.4 weeks earlier than expected which was great as the room was decorated and new carpet and ready.lovely chaps delivered and situated the suite.all great.wish there was more firms that valued customers like this.very happy and recommend to our family and friends.tjankyou so much.

Great showroom with lots of choice. No pressure sales people. Good quality furniture. Scott was very helpful and patient answering all questions and had good knowledge. Delivery staff also excellent and efficient. Pay them a visit, much better in every aspect than the big chain stores

The shop itself is laid out really well. The gentleman that served us was extremely helpful and professional, without being pushy. So no pressure sales.
Delivery was spot on. The two gentlemen were professional and courteous. They exceeded our expectations by giving us cups for the feet, to protect our floor. Very helpful.

My Partner and I walked into a lovely, calm, clean showroom to purchase a new mattress.
We were not looking forward to it as our previous experience from a well known bed retailer had not been good.
The showroom was well laid out with plenty of room to move between the displays of furniture.
We started trying out mattresses and Harry came wandering over to enquire whether we needed any help. We thanked him and said we were just looking. He told us to come and find him if we needed anything and left us to it. A complete contrast to the other retailer who hounded us from the moment we walked in through the door, stood over us while we tried out a few mattresses and then practically followed is out of the showroom.
We narrowed it down to 3 mattresses and as we left, we let Harry know we would be back the next day to select one after another crippling night on the mattress we had at home.
The next day, we returned and again, Harry left us to have the freedom to lay curled up in our usual sleeping positions to make the right choice for us.
We certainly felt happier knowing that we were not pressured into a choice and that Harry was on hand with his wealth of knowledge to tell us about the mattress we chose. We also purchased a new bed frame as we felt we had the time to look.
We would certainly recommend Annetts. The service from walking into the showroom to having our furniture delivered has been outstanding. Thank you.
