"Unreliable"
Unreliable. I'll be moving to a different webhosting service provider as this company keep changing their website builder and if you have made your website using their Sidpad you'll no longer be able to access your pages and you have to build a new one using their new Sitejet templates. Hours of work customizing my website and updating its content will be lost because they are no longer supporting Sidepad. I'm very annoyed.
Update: replying to Canspace's reply to my review.
Every time I try to login to Sidepad I get a licencing error. I opened a few tickets because of it and every time I was told that I have 2 months to migrate to Sitejet.

"Wicked fast, quality support, and no bogus upselling"
I've had my small websites on Canspace for years now, and have only good things to report. I'm on the medium level, and their support is almost blindingly fast and generally very high quality.
In the past I had some major problems with "cheap" hosting providers trying to upsell me by forcibly shutting down my site for alleged over-use of resources. I moved my sites to Canspace, and the same sites have never caused any such issues. Indeed, one time I was in fact over-using resources, and Canspace helped me figure out what was going wrong on my site and we solved the problem within a day. No extra charges!
Since I have a little public profile, I've had occasion to personally recommend Canspace to probably 200 small website managers over the past five years who were facing similar website shut-downs and bogus upselling efforts from cheap hosting providers, and not a single person has ever written back to me to complain.

I've been coaxing computers to do what I need them to do since 1978 and can say with confidence that the fine and friendly folks at CanSpace know exactly what they're doing. It's good to know that your host is educated and experienced because your host is a mission-critical part of your online world. You can rely on and trust these people. And they're 100% Canadian as far as I can tell, which is important to me.

I have been registering all of my domains with CanSpace since the beginning of time, and decided to finally consolidate all of my hosting with them too. Really wish I had done this sooner - I'm paying way less than I was with Godaddy, and their support is way better. Much happier to support a Canadian business too!

I have used CanSpace for years to host and build my website. Their service has been excellent!
Especially during my latest site re-design which needed a temporary workspace to build and test the new site, and then migrating it over to become "live" only happened with their assistance.
I oopsied a couple of times, and Guy H. was able to find where links/indexes had to be adjusted, and now everything is working perfectly.
He was very patient, and guided me through the process of having my new site replace the old one.

CanSpace has always come through for me when I have an issue. I have experienced a few web hosting companies in the past that have said we do not assist with that type of issue so I was pretty much on my own. The people at CanSpace support have never done that to me and I am impressed with their ongoing support. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a company to host your website.
