We purchased 4 expensive wall lights but our electrician could not come for a few months. When he did he pointed out a manufacturing error on the lamp. I emailed furnish and even though outside the return period they contacted the manufacturer and got the replacement parts. To my embarrassment when the electrician came again he pointed out that another lamp had the same problem. Again I contacted furnish and they have once more sourced the parts at no cost even though our original purchase is over 5mts ago. We have renovated our home and will now but all our needs with furnish.

Ordered a beautiful chair many months ago. During the height of the pandemic.
Simon kept me up to date with delivery details and unfortunately delays. ( nothing in the scheme of things!)
Arrived at 9.30 pm on delivery day… above and beyond my expectations. The delivery drivers were so apologetic for delay but so very polite and friendly.

"Shocking customer service"
Shocking customer service. Took a month to get our product and when it did arrive, the item was nothing as described. It had paint on it which was not in the description or clear in the images. Even then, it was green paint, not in the image or description.
I emailed for a return and eventually, I had to phone them before anything could be organised for uplift. Then, after more ignored emails and phone calls, I finally got a response after threatening them with section 75.
Alas, their product is still in my house, 2 months later with 0 communication on getting them removed. They are blaming the current economic climate but we both live on the same island...
Shocking company, shocking customer service, shocking product.

Any availability on the website is basically a lie. Furnish are just a middle man, and have no idea about product availability, then just hand off to 3rd party suppliers. It's just rubbish.
Avoid at all costs.
