"Still not got the item I ordered"
If it was possible to give no stars I would have done that. I ordered a clock with them 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I contacted them about this but I still haven’t heard back from them. I’m surprised they are still in business. Since the first email confirming my order I have not had a single piece of correspondence from them.

"Bought bed frame Beliani, poor customer service and protection."
Bought a bed frame through furnish.co.uk website, they have advised that bed frame is supplied by their partner Beliani. The bed frame arrived damaged, before the delivery Beliani send instruction how to claim for damaged items, as per instructions you have to write the note 'damaged' next to your signature. Because the package arrived slightly damaged I have signed and left the note at comment box 'package is damaged' I also have printed the invoice which courier has signed under the note 'package is damaged'. After I opened the box I have discovered that headboard was damaged in several places it also had crackes between the stitches which obviously couldn't been done during delivery. I have e-mailed them straight away with pictures attached and asked for the replacement. They have answered that the damages are small and therefore exchanging the headboard may not be the best solution and offered me to choose memory foam pillows or cover for waterbed mattress. I have told that I'm not happy with this and asked either to exchange the headboard or send me the partial refund. After two working days and weekend I have contacted them again and asked if they have any update for me. They have answered that they have received the delivery report from the courier and there is no damaged note signed and they are not able to exchange the headboard. They offered to return it at my own expense and only then they will send a new headboard, but there is no guarantee that it will not be damaged again. As you can imagine the headboard is heavy and big so it will cost me additional money to send it. Very poor customer service, you can't trust them and you are not protected when you purchase from them, so avoid if you don't want to spend additional money, time and your nerves.

"Quality Furniture and Good Customer Service"
I was concerned about buying a reasonably high value item having had a poor experience from a different company in the past however... the pre-order communication was good; delivery time reasonable; item well packaged; and on time - and the furniture beyond my expectations. A happy customer.
