"Wave - a shop of delights!"

We have shopped at Wave (Kendal) for several years now. Whilst having a short break in the Lake District, we called into Wave as their website showed that they had in stock, one Shaun Leane Blackthorn ring. A perfect fit and the first of many visits to the shop. One highlight was being invited to a special evening to meet Shaun. Although not living locally, the trip up to Kendal was well worth it and another Shaun designed ring was purchased. We fell in love with the Lucy Q drip necklaces. I knew which one my wife would like the best but Leah insisted that she try them all on. On another visit, to purchase a replacement wedding ring, my wife spotted a ring (affectionately known as the "sperm" ring, Leah knows which one it was), that she had seen several years earlier. At the time we could not afford it and we thought the opportunity had gone. A deal was done and we left with 2 rings. Many thanks Leah, my wife wears that ring everyday.
There is always a warm welcome at the shop with the staff being friendly and helpful. Long may they continue.

"Bringing old jewellery back to life."

I have bought a number of pieces from Wave in Kendal and always found the service to be excellent. I am particularly delighted with the bespoke pieces that I have had designed and made for my daughter and myself using stones from jewellery that we have inherited. Leah listened to our ideas and then helped us to modify and improve them to get the best results. Our old jewellery has been brought back to life and is worn every day rather than being hidden away in a box. If you are thinking about having a bespoke piece made then I recommend you go to Wave.

"Called in early Saturday morning…"

Called in early Saturday morning looking for a wedding ring. Have to say the service was unbelievable. My bride to be was listened to and her requirements were discussed and very quickly they produced the ideal ring which she fell in love with.
The service was excellent, the product was great and both of us are very happy.

"best appointment ever"

My partner and I recently went to Wave Manchester (Sunday) to choose my engagement ring. We were helped by Ali twice in the same day as we were looking around at the different styles in a variety of jewellers.

We wanted to write this review to exemplify how exceptional Ali's service was. We went into 6 shops that day and her service far outshone them all (and many of those shops did provide good service).

Ali did something very rare and very valuable when she was helping us. She kept her dialogue totally honest and open without being at all pushy. She genuinely cared about my needs and advised that I did take time out from her shop to check out what suited me best because it had to be right for me.

She wasn't after a sale for a sale's sake. She put me and my partner first and got to know what we wanted and listened fully.

She managed to sell us three rings (two custom wedding and one engagement) by being herself and cutting the sales spiel and it was a wonderfully refreshing and joyful experience.

So again thank you Ali, you were brilliant in every way.

"Service as it should be."

In this day and age when we seem all too keen to complain and leave bad reviews, I make a point of making sure that I leave positive feedback when it is due.

Up to March of this year I'd never dealt with Wave Jewellery and left a watch with them for repair. Through no fault of theirs there was a problem with communication between the repair organisation and them leading to some confusion and delay. The way that it was handled by the staff at Wave and in particular Ali, was nothing short of exceptional and to say that I was left happy is an understatement.

This is a shop offering service as it should be, at all time polite and courteous, contacting you when they say they will and delivering on their promise.

Thank you doesn't seem enough to say for such fantastic service.

We had searched everywhere for the perfect rings also searched waves website then in store at Manchester and Kendal Paul was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, professional and a great guy. The rings came and we were blown away totally awesome. Customer service was outstanding the choice extensive. "Amazing service"

Amazing service. We had enquired many times regarding our engagement and wedding rings and their excellent and patient service meant we got what we truly wanted with no compromise. The quality of the design and service was brilliant and even got some bubbly to celebrate in store! The pricing we felt was very competitive to other pieces we'd seen online but to buy this sort of thing we wanted to do it in the store and know we were getting what we wanted. The rings were made really quickly and exactly what we had discussed and we would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Think we will be back soon as we saw some pretty nice jewellery too!
