I have ordered jewellery & troll beads from a number of suppliers, and have been let down (both Aurum & CountyJewellers have advertised out of stock items, and only informed me a few days after ordering)
However, not only did this arrive when it was supposed to - but it was wrapped in a nice box and was beautifully presentable!
I wil definitely be putting my business towards WaveJewellery in future - they have done me proud!!
So don't waste your time with other jewellers - use Wave - as the seem to go the extra mile

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wave Jewellery to you - it's so difficult choosing where to shop when there's so many great companies out there on the internet, but Wave stocked the gorgeous Shaun Leane earrings I was after and had fantastic product knowledge and superb after sales service when I had a problem with one of the earring posts. Their customer service really did exceed all my expectations and I really look forward to shopping with them again!

Last year London, went to Wave Jewellery. Great trip, great shop, great service. So WAVEJEWELLERY.COM was the first one to cross my mind, trying to find a way to get a U.K. Trollbead, introduced this month!
Okay!? Ordering from Holland, and surprisingly Shipment for FREE?! That's even hard within my own country when ordering!
Yes, little hick-up while ordering, but kindly and quickly explained by Wave through e-mail, and took it so serious that they notified their I.T. right a way!
DO NOT DOUBT to get in touch with them, when having questions!!! They reply clear and fast. Why complain elsewhere if service is good as soon as you get in touch with them?
I didn't know how to trace my parcel with the tracking nr: Asked them, they did it for me, and notified me immediately!
Package took about a week to reach me by Royal Mail. Had to sign for it myself, so not even my neighbour could take it for me as I wasn't there. I would not have mind, she's nice. BUT: Better safe than sorry, what if.... Good choice of shipment, the way it went.
Wave Jewellery has a good return policy as well, I read. I was content with my package, so didn't return it.
And oh...it was wrapped so beautiful! And I didn't even ask for gift wrappings! There was even a Trollbeads-candy in it!
