Kay Kendall has recently been the Renewals Negotiator in charge of the flat I am renting, and she has always been kind, friendly and accommodating in her dealings with me when my lease is up for renewal.

Kay impressed me with the manner in which she handles our requests. There are always going to be communication issues between landlord and tenant when going through a third party but Kay manages to keep on top. Over all a great help and would refer others to Kay in the future.
