Well, as an everyday hard working individual, with many years in management I find high morale in employees makes the very best customer service representatives. This was immediately apparent when working with Amanda. She not only was clear and concise, in her communication,but accurately anticipated my particular inquiries. I've only just become a customer, however with reps. As consistent,and skilled at balancing professionalism and a genuinly personable ability, it's hard not to regard the direct contribution her employer must play. Employees who demonstrate such knowledge of their roll, and dedication to their employer reflect a business worthy of respect and growth. Very impressive for what seems so new a company.

I have loved the simplicity of the program so far. I have not loved the price hike 6 months ago. But for someone who drives less than 100 miles a month, this is a much cheaper option.

I hate, I mean truly HATE this insurance plan. I have never been stuck at home because of the cost of driving. Everyone in my family is 30 miles away or more. So I have to decide if I can afford $15 just for the mileage.
I haven't needed to make a claim. But how would one afford a weekend trip, or a day of site seeing so for a little break.
I feel trapped at home because of the cost of milage.
I will be dumping this insurance as soon as I can. FYI.

Worst insurance of all time. They refuse to pay any refund they owe and will constantly increase your rates. Stay as far away as possible.

The price is the best thing about Just. I've haven't needed to file a claim so I don't know how that process goes. I did not elect to have their device installed to track so my account is always adjusted at the end of the month because the app doesn't track accurately. I also don't like that they changed it recently so you have to use autopay. I prefer to have control of my own finances and sometimes need to float a day for money to come in.
