Scam, they take money everyday even if not driving. Then they refuse to refund they have taken almost 900 from my wife in less than a month the charges rack up so fast the bank statements dont even keep up just another company taking advantage

You guys change the premium without warning and the odometer photo was due again just a week and a half after initially doing the odometer photo. I do the second and that's when my premium changed again, after already going up. I thought it was a late fee but customer service said it was my new premium from the new car I got. I was also offered no discounts while signing up, as I was offered the first time. You guys are expensive.
