Habe aufgrund des Bestpreises dort gekauft, musste die Brille aber leider zurücksenden (hat der Freundin nicht gefallen). Kauf, Kommunikation und Rückerstattung haben tadellos funktioniert!

Na lang wachten bleek dat de zonnebrillen uit de US zijn opgehouden door de douane. Na op een bestelling van 98 euro nog eens 30 euro belasting te hebben betaald kan ik nog 7 dagen wachten om de brillen te ontvangen. Ik zou verwachten dat ze duidelijk communiceren, indien besteld vanuit Europa in de US dat ze zelf geen afdracht van belastingen doen, en dat ze deze afdracht in ieder geval voorcalculeren zodat je weet waar je aan toe bent. Als ik van te voren had geweten dat het 130 euro zou worden voor 3 brillen had ik het niet gedaan.
