"I placed my order on the 27th"

I placed my order on the 27th, and it has been significantly longer than the maximum processing time. Based on the review history this is a relatively recent issue, that they are blaming on “new regulations” and “backorders.” If that is the case, why would you willingly accept payment, and new orders without notifying people that it will more than likely take longer than expected. On top of them taking your money and failing to deliver, their phone is disconnected, and they don’t respond to e-mails. I would be surprised if I received my order in the next week. Very clumsy operation they have going on.

"Slow shipping, unresponsive customer service"

It took 5 days for VaporDNA to ship my order, and another 4 days for it to be delivered. I contacted customer service to cancel my order due to the shipping delays and received no response. Avoid this company.

"ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK FROM THE…"

ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK FROM THE BROKEN ECIG YOU SOLD ME!!!!! I absolutely hate the people that work at the Torrance store and I will never go back!! They sold me a disposable vape which continued to fire after I would stop hitting it. I had the same problem with this brand months ago before the ban when they still sold devices in the shop, and they exchanged the device for another device. I picked up my order and tried it out in the car, & when I had this device malfunctione on me i immediately went back inside & explained that to them and the incompetent guy behind the counter said we don’t sell anything here, and then he just sat there repeating himself NOT listening to a word I was saying. I KNOW THAT I EXPLAINED I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM MONTHS BEOFRE WHEN I BOUGHT THE DEVICE WHEN YOU STILL SOLD DEVICES IN STORE!!! He refused to listen to what I was saying and repeated himself saying nothing is sold in store. That is when I said I just want my money back then. That’s when they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it that’s when I got frustrated and said that I do not want to buy a product which is faulty, they told me I can leave and then they threaten to call the cops!! I BUY A BAD PRODUCT AND PICK IT UP AT YOUR SHOP, AND BECAUSE I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCT YOUR GONNA CALL THR COPS!!! because I said I’m not leaving after buying a product from them that’s not working until I get my money back. That’s when they ignorantly said they don’t sell anything here, yet again!!! I do not think that I have ever had this bad of an experience from a representative with the company ever before this. I will never ever shop here and I don’t suggest anybody shopping here. These people are blatantly rude they’re ignorant, and they’re disrespectful, they don’t listen to what you are saying and they are all around horrible and uneducated people.

"Negative Stars Would Be Better"

Used Vape DNA for years. Never on any order a single issue! Always great service and shipping. BUT and a big BUT. THINGS CHANGE AND TO ME OBVIOUSLY VAPE DNA HAS! I paid for an order nearly 7 days ago. and as of this minute not even full filled. If i didnt need the order asap. I wouldn't have made it. With that said, I have been unable to get a response from them. and negative stars are more satisfactory. because what good is even one star for when you cant get em to fill the order, print a shipping label or anything! NEEDLESS to say I do not recommend. and will just say buyer beware!

"I really regret my purchase from this company"

Hello, I used to really enjoy using VaporDNA, but lately the service has gone bad. On Friday, March 3, I received my order, but the color was mixed up, I immediately sent an email with a picture of the invoice, packaging where the color and the device itself are indicated, on Monday by lunchtime, I received an email from a customer service employee with a request send an email with a picture, I wrote that I sent it on Friday, but just in case I sent it again, and in response, silence !! I want to use the device for which I paid, and not correspond with one letter for two weeks to get my device!!! And why should I first send you a device that you sent me by mistake and only when it arrives, your company will send mine?! That's ridiculous!!! Why is it impossible, like in Amazon, they made a mistake - first they sent me the correct order and I use it, and then I send the wrong order ?! And the most important thing is that this is not the first time they send me not what I ordered, although then VaporDNA customer service quickly resolved this issue, because they immediately answered the email, now the correspondence with the customer service is like pigeon mail !! It seems to me that in the 21st century, any respectable company should have an online chat with a customer service employee. I really regret my purchase from this company.

I was hoping to find a place that I could order from all the time instead of trying to find a different place every time I placed my order on the 28th they said it would be up to 72 hour last time I checked my tracking it said order on fulfilled they had no problem taking my money as fast as fast can me but they have yet to fill my order I should have known better I'm afraid I just got ripped off

"Products are finally shipped - after a week!"

Products are finally shipped, after I reached out in email. Here is the problem with this clown shop, they literally took an order, took payment, then sat on the order for a full 7 days before shipping it out. How does that happen? If that’s normal operating procedure then I suggest selling the shop and finding something less customer focused.
