After shopping around for a fire/fireplace for about a year! we decided to go for Tulipalo, which we had visited at the start of our search.
From start to finish, we were kept updated on everything. A preliminary check was done for the movement of all our electrical sockets to facilitate the fitting of the fire/fireplace, which was not as easy as it seemed!
Adam and Ryan did a brilliant job on the day of the fit (even kept our 3 year old inquisitive granddaughter entertained as she could not resist peeking, often)
All the work was done with minimal disruption and everything was left clean, tidy, and functioning.
Absolutely would have no hesitation in recommending or buying products from Tulipalo again, first class all the way
