"No- Brainer Business Decision"
I get a flyer in the mail saying I can save thousands by changing my credit card acceptance company…. I’m skeptical but I call. I’m told in Kibopay the customer ( in my case, the patient) will pay the fee instead of the merchant ( or in my case, the doctor). I let that sink in for a moment - this would eliminate that disgusting $800 monthly bill just for taking credit cards!!! The customer decides to pay with a credit card and the routine way of doing it is the merchant pays for that? Hmmm. That should be different - so Kibopay is changing all that! THEY ( the customer) decided to use the credit card so THEY should pay the convenience fee - not us. So with that logical position in mind - I said yes!
2 months now and not a single patient has complained. And I have zero in credit card acceptance fees - this will go to a nominal $30 a month after my three month free trial. Funds are deposited into my act the next day and not one dollar has been late. All the people at kibopay are great - they set you up in thirty seconds - I place the charges with a cell phone so no equipment was needed- I just cancelled my old processing company permanently- I think the old model of credit card acceptance for business has gone the way of Blockbuster Video - remember them????
